Trade from X
Read the setup and reach X's consent screen before linking or funding a trading permission.
Open More → More ways to trade → X-trade, or Trade from X. The setup runs in this order: take a seat, link X, then fund and authorize the agent.
Reach the consent screen
- Take a guest seat and wait for its DevNet lease.
- Read the X connection and relay status on the page.
- Choose Sign in with X when available. This opens X's authorization flow.
- If X reaches consent, read the requested access before deciding whether to authorize it for your own account.
Reaching consent does not link an account or enable trading. If X sign-in is unavailable, follow the page's explanation rather than assuming the account is connected.
Hosted check — 8 October 2026: Sign in with X redirected to a browser page saying Access to x.com was denied, You don’t have authorisation to view this page., and HTTP ERROR 403. Consent, authorization and login were not reached. No credentials were entered and no X account was linked. This failed attempt is not published as a consent walkthrough.
What comes after consent
The source provides a seat-signed link that binds the returned X identity to your seat, then a separate funded trading permission. Read the permission before signing: the allocated balance is its spending boundary, with no separate per-trade or daily spending cap, and it limits open Windows. Funding can lose that entire allocated balance through trades. The executor cannot withdraw it to itself.
The page's instruction builder names the supported asset, side, stake and Window syntax. A mention also needs the relay and executor to be running, an active link and permission, and a usable venue quote. An executed mention has its own receipt and reply; neither a consent page nor a posted mention proves a fill.
Only the linked seat controls its balance. X sign-in by itself does not restore a deleted browser key. Keep the original seat or use another-device linking while you still control it.
