Troubleshooting
Common problems and what they actually mean.
All guest seats are taken
Seats come from a small shared pool. The page shows your place in line and when the next seat frees, and takes it for you; browsing and proof stay open meanwhile.
My seat is gone
A seat idle for 15 minutes with no open position or live quote goes back to the pool, and Reset seat deletes this browser's key for good. Take a new seat; it starts from fresh demo credits. Idle time does not count while a position is open.
My other device won't join
A seat-link code lasts 60 seconds and works once, and the device that holds the seat must choose Allow within 45 seconds. If it expired, was used, or collected too many wrong guesses, choose Show a new code on the first device. A device that already holds its own seat cannot join another one.
A call's outcome is unclear
A signed call is not the same as a filled one. Wait for the ticket's result, or check Portfolio, before retrying: retrying a call that actually landed can open a second position. A firm quote is held for about 20 seconds; an expired quote fills nothing.
A Window shows "paused: no signed source"
This is expected, not a bug. A lane lists a Window only when a registered price source can be attested for it. If the source is down or refuses the venue's host (PreStocks rate-limits it at times), the lane pauses honestly and the card names the reason, rather than trading on an unverified price.
A Window voided instead of settling
Either fewer than two of the three oracle parties posted a print in time, or their prints were more than 1% apart. Either way your stake and your fee return; see halts and voids. This is not a lost trade.
A feature seems to be missing entirely
Check what's available and Status. Some screens wait on a key or a service this deployment does not have, and they say so.
